LF roomate in 4 br house (Orchard street medford ma 02155) - Price: $800 in Medford, Indiana

Me and my roomate are looking for a third to move into our 4 br apartment in Medford, right next to tufts University. We both work full time, and am looking for someone who will fit in with us. We are both in our late 20's, smoke in the house, chill together, watch tv have a few beers ect., have a dog(red nose pit, very friendly), dont throw parties, but do have friends over frequently. Like i said we both work full time, sometimes hours are different so we may be up late some nights, but are not loud. The apartment is the top 2 floors, the living room/hangout area is on the first, bedroom is on the second, so noise should not be a problem. Its a huge place, porch on the first floor, we want to keep it to 3 so its more comfortable. Has a fenced in backyard we share with the first floor neighbors, who we get along great with. There are 3 bus routes walking distance(5 mins) from the house, the 80, the 96, and the 94. Davis square in somerville is a quick bus ride or 10-15 minute walk from the house, red line connects to commuter rail and the rest of boston. Laundry in the basement(coin operated), and the rent DOES NOT include utilities. We have verizon vios, so if you want a cable box, we can get one, and i have wireless internet already hooked up. We are resigning the lease and if you move in, you will be on it, it is a one year lease, with early cancellation fee if you decide you dont want to stay the whole year.
